When you use the Relationship Ready Score™, we may collect and process:

• Your first name
• Your email address
• Your assessment responses
• Your Relationship Ready Score™ and Readiness Level
• Your Pattern/Profile information
• Your personalized assessment results
• Your marketing-consent status (opted in or not)

Your answers are held on your own device while you take the assessment. Your name, email, and results are stored only after you submit the email form.

We use this information to:

• Reveal your results on this website
• Create and send your personalized Relationship Ready Profile™ by email
• Maintain a record of assessment submissions
• Send Mocha Bond™ marketing communications, but only if you voluntarily opt in

To reveal your results on the site and receive your personalized Relationship Ready Profile™, you provide your first name and email address. This is the delivery of something you requested — it is not marketing, and it happens whether or not you opt into marketing communications.

Marketing consent is separate, optional, and unchecked by default. If you do not opt in, you still receive and reveal your assessment results and your personalized Profile, and your information is not sent to our email marketing provider.

If you do voluntarily opt in, the following information is securely transferred to Kit, our email marketing provider: your email address, first name, Relationship Ready Score, Readiness Level, and Primary Pattern.

Marketing subscribers may receive relationship insights, Journey drops and updates, invitations, tools, community information, and other relevant communications from The Mocha Bond™. You may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.

We use a small number of third-party providers to operate this experience: a cloud database and application hosting provider that stores submissions and runs the website, an email delivery provider that sends your Relationship Ready Profile™, and Kit, which handles marketing email for contacts who opt in. These providers process information on our behalf.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for unrelated third-party advertising.

Information is stored with our hosting and database provider using access controls and encrypted connections. Access is limited to what is needed to operate the experience. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

This site does not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics trackers. Your in-progress assessment answers are kept in your browser's local storage so you do not lose your place; you can clear them at any time by clearing your browser data.

We retain assessment submissions and contact information for as long as needed to operate The Mocha Bond™ and support you, or until you ask us to delete it. Unsubscribing from marketing stops marketing email but does not by itself delete your record.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information we hold about you, and you may withdraw marketing consent at any time. To make a request, contact us using the details below. Every marketing email also includes an unsubscribe link.

This site links to external services, including our community on Skool, our consultation scheduling page, and our Instagram profile. Those services have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their practices.

This experience is intended for adults and is not directed to children.

We may update this Privacy Policy as the experience changes. The updated date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
